Award-winning mentalist and magician Brendon Peel is performing his show Hocus Pocus in Port Elizabeth for one night only on Saturday 26 May 2018 at the Protea Hotel by Marriott Port Elizabeth Marine.
Unfortunately I can’t make it because it’s the same day as my sister’s wedding…want my double tickets?
Peel has performed across the country and internationally and is set to wow audiences in the Friendly City with his unique brand of magic and mentalism.
Guys I love a little Hocus Pocus. My parents bought me a magic set when I was about ten and I loved it. I even gave away magic tricks as part of a “favourite things” birthday party years ago. Also my son wants to be a magician when he grows up, but that is a story for another day.
Brendon is a true showman and the PE boy’s show presented by Magic Africa Productions and Big Mouth Entertainment, Hocus Pocus is ashow filled with hard-hitting mentalism and mind-reading routines as well as more traditional magic tricks.
Peel guides the audience through a variety of illusions and feats all blended together with a fun-loving and humorous approach.
Born to be an entertainer, and with a strong theatrical background, Peel says you can call him a magician, a mentalist or an illusionist. “I am what is known as a mentalist, which is basically a magician who focuses on performing magic of the mind,” he explains.
“Designing shows that incorporate effects or illusions that have never been seen before really excites me,” he continues. “In magic, it is beautiful when you can suspend someone’s reality even if it is for just a fleeting moment.”
Named by critics as one of the top performers in his field, Peel is guaranteed to engage, entertain and blow the minds of everyone in the audience with a show which is fun and engaging for the whole family – the perfect night out.
