It’s time for a Aidy update again.
I’ve gone from doing this once a month in his first year of life to once a year when I can remember.
Well I remembered 🙂 so here goes. Although I love sharing about my baby these posts are really for me to look back on and be ridiculously shocked at how “fast time flies”.
Flip I’m tired this morning
Went out last night and saw Dalin Oliver‘s show “I came I taught I left”…super funny BUT Since I’m old now and it was a week night I’m feeling ready for a nap.
So…I’ve gathered you all here for a bit of an announcement;
You know how I decided to ditch the 9-5 last year and do my own thing? Well it’s going well so well in fact I need to regroup and recalculate…. like a GPS
So what is Eleanor up to?
If you follow me on instagram (which you totally should HERE) you will know that I mentioned before that my son has a girl twin. Seriously doesn’t Luchae from My Spreadsheet Brain‘s daughter Karis look a lot like Aidan (their related since Rob and Luchae are cousins, but even so the resemblance is uncanny)
Karis is today’s curly feature, read below on the trial and error her straight haired mom has gone through to keep the curls popping 🙂
I made this for Aidan as part of his “birthday outfit” I wanted something unique and having seen things like this on the net I did what I always do, I simplified it. I can’t be bothered with two day long projects.
It’s a dino hoodie but Aidan insists it’s a dragon one and I guess it works as both. Here is how I did it:

With the rise of internet trolls I have found myself increasingly aware of the bigotry and racism in the country.

I know Disney Juniors line up pretty well. It happens when you have a young child and you are not completely against screen time, you suddenly find yourself knowing all about where Dora explores and what Sophia was first at. You understand the whimsy behind Goldie and bear and can’t get the stupid Mickey Mouse club house song out of your head…come inside it’s fun inside…
