Some Jelly for my Belly

So I was feeling all home maker yesterday and decided to make something to take to work for lunch. Fruit jelly in little containers because they are low cal and super easy 🙂

Mango (cut up into pieces)
gelatine
fruit juice

I made jelly by mixing the fruit juice according to directions on the pack and adding cut up mango then I put them in little containers to bring to work (I forgot to bring to work – dammit) they taste good though-had last night ðŸ™‚

    Why didn't you just use normal packet jelly and add fruit – wouldn't that just be easier??? 😛 Lyndall
