Guilt Free Chocolate Pretzel Recipe

So with the diabetes diagnosis came a lot of life changes…some good, like fitting into pants that wouldn’t even come up past my thighs a few weeks ago and being more health conscious and some bad like the lack of baked goods, man I just want to stick my head into a donut! (is that a thing?) I’m resourceful though so I have come up with a few recipes that are not too bad like these “sugar free” chocolate covered pretzels

Here’s how I made the chocolate pretzels…

I used the Clicks Smart Bite Range because it tastes good, mostly sugar free and you can always get it on that 3 for 2 sale, this is not a sponsored post but if any of you want to sponsor me, I do take candy (sugar free) from strangers…

How to make chocolate covered coffee beans

So Mastertons gave us our own #ECMeetup blend for the meet-up and I love them even more now. Everyone got two samples, the roasted beans and the machine blend (I know for someone who loves coffee I should be a little more clued up on terms) anyway I don’t have a machine for the beans and decided to turn them into chocolate covered treats for when I need a treat (I always need a treat, I’m puppy-like in my treat neediness).

I wanted to keep it protected from everything else that can fit in my handbag – loads of things, loads – so I grabbed some felt, vintage buttons and made my own laptop sleeve – yeah me.

How to make magnets out of mini groceries

little shop magnets

So I’ve got another fridge magnet DIY for you…

You know how everyone is little shop crazy? You don’t know? You live under a rock do you?

Hehehe just teasing, but really, I didn’t think anything would surpass the PNP stickeez craze, but I was wrong as Checkers sort of hit the nail on the head with their Little Shop Collectables. Grown folk are losing their minds over these tiny stinking cute toys.

I got a bunch yesterday and simple HAD TO turn them into fridge magnets…
