Happier day’s before I start the dreaded DETOX |
Today is the first day of a seven day detox I’m starting because my body is not a fan of me eating like a 17 year old boy (doritos and burgers making up most of my meals).
I’m usually one of those irritatingly healthy eaters who actually craves rocket and green tea, but lately laziness had got the better of me so I just eat whatever is easiest.
Anyway to kickstart my way back to health I researched a bunch of detox options and settled on the 7 day detox, Wish me luck. also it should be said that I woke up on my “liquids only day” craving bread sticks.
The 7 Stages in Detox Diet are:
Stage 1 Liquids only
Stage 2 Liquids and fruit only
Stage 3 Add raw vegetables
Stage 4 Add cooked vegetables and brown rice
Stage 5 Add beans, lentils, nuts and seeds
Stage 6 Add grains and live yogurt
Stage 7 Add fish
