1. Are you named after someone?

I don’t think so, my late Godmother suggested Eleanor and my parents liked it. I don’t think they thought about how heavy that name was for a tiny coloured girl living in a predominantly Afrikaans neighborhood, it’s so English and formal and grown-up, I grew into it though and love it now.  

2.     When was the last time you cried?

I don’t cry easily… I see a therapist from time to time to make sure my depression and grieving and things are in check and I had a bit of a cry there last week. She has a way of letting you let your defenses down (don’t think I like that) But even so it was really just blinking back tears

4. If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself?

I don’t know… probably. People who are close to me know that I always have their back and will move mountains for them. I’m just not going to pop in for tea…I’m not the pop in for tea kind and I know that can be annoying to some of my buddies.

Wine, Chocolate and Macaroons!!! Also did you know that Woolies has cupcakes where the cupcake part is a brownie!!! They also have a cheesecake with a carrot cake base!!!  (They have some sort of deal with the devil I’m sure) – Also I eat too much junk…but I’m skinnier than the main picture now so that’s something

8. What is the first thing you notice about people?

I don’t know. Body language I guess, I take note of how open they are and whether or not they come across as arrogant chops

9. What color are your eyes?

Brown,I quite like them (everyone in our house has a different eye colour – hubby green, son hazel)

Happy please,  I actually can’t stand scary movies (or overly spicy food they give me the same – why am I doing this to myself vibe)

What is special? I sing I guess and make stuff , I’m pretty handy
