My weekend in pictures

This weekend was cuteness overload! Spent some time with nieces Taylor and Kameron at the Kids and Baby expo, it was the first time the two hung out together and they hit it off great! (which suprised me because like their aunt elle, both have bossy pants tendancies so I expected a power struggle, but no such thing) I swear I was so exhausted with their running around and needing to try out EVERY activity that I fell asleep as soon as I got home.
Rob and Taylors mom, Ronethea, shared my sentiments, it was great seeing them enjoy themselves, but sitting down would have been great! So great we ended up bribing them with ice-cream.

My other cousin Che-lynn and her daughter Kirsten came over later…. more of the cuteness

and Sunday another one of my cousins, Desthea, was confirmed at church (congrads pretty lady)

Happy Halloween :)

So this weekend a bunch of friends and I tried out Clues,Spells, and Curses Printable Halloween Scavenger Hunt! from http://www.queen-of-theme-party-games.com/scavenger-hunt-clues.html
In the spirit of Halloween we all got dressed up, got together and ended up having more fun than expected… We were divided into groups and had to work together to “Break a Spell”.  Our hosts hid envelopes with clues, spells and curses and also cool little containers with ingredients for the spells.
During the game we were required to open the envelopes to get clues, but if you were unlucky you would get cursed NOT COOL! At one stage two of my three team mates  were cursed at the same time, the one couldn’t stop singing and the other couldn’t stop talking utter nonsense (prizes were awarded for best actor, best costumes and so on so they went all out with acting out the curses). I wanted to cry from sheer annoyance!
You needed to barter, buy and even cheat to get to the top.  Such a fun game!!!  A def must try if you are in the mood for something different.
THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO MADE IT A BLAST!!!

I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I’m back, with pics :)

I know I haven’t blogged in ages-mainly because work has been so hectic, I went to work, ran around like a crazy person, came home and fell asleep- as you can see there was no time for me to blog. But yesterday even though it was still HECTICALLY BUSY, I got a new camera *BIG SMILE* which certainly brightened up my day and motivated me to take some random pics, which led me to blogging said pics. . .
I literally just picked up my camera and took pics around the house, here they are in no particular order:
