Uhm so I gym these days…

So I’m amping up my exercise and have joined a gym J maybe it’s to ease my guilt about gobbling up random snacks (like containers of French macaroons, I’m one of those annoying calorie counting types and at 100cals a EACH that is not good calorie budgeting AT ALL!) or maybe it’s because the weigh ins have shown that I’m  not loosing much on this diet program and I’d like to weigh less please (yes muscle weighs more than fat, but muscles don’t jiggle, lol). Whatever the reason I’ve joined the gym and so far so good! I haven’t chickened out!!! Could be that there are all these uber fit people around making me feel self conscious about using the machines as lounge chairs. I’m proud to say that it’s going well and I have every intention of sticking this out J YEAH ME!!!
*disclaimer: I’m by no means a gym bunny more a “oooh what does this machine do, lets try it out for 10-15 minutes bunny” J hold thumbs that I do well with this gyming thing guys , I hate wasting money though so chances are I will stick it out based on membership fees alone 😉
