Everyone has been baking up a storm lately and three easy bread recipes have come up tops. They use 1, 2,3 ingredients respectively
I tried out all three and thought I’d give you the recipe and my opinion.
The top easy bread recipes seem to be the three ingredient mayonnaise rolls, two ingredient naan and one ingredient “roti”
3 ingredient mayonnaise rolls
I found these slightly sweet, soft and morish, I also made a version with black poppy seeds and mature cheddar and it was super yum.

1 cup milk
3 tablespoons mayonnaise (heaping)

Oil or spray a 12-cup muffin tin; set aside.
In a medium bowl, stir together all ingredients. Spoon evenly into the prepared muffin tin.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve immediately
2 ingredient naan
This is the recipe people use for simply everything from pizza dough to donuts (I am people) Naan is a traditional Indian flat bread, I don’t know how traditional this is but it sure is yum, I mixed in some garlic and herbs and ate way more than I probably should have
